We only take on a limited number of clients at any given time so that you receive VIP services, your business is understood, 

and you have access to us on a regular basis. 

• Training: Provide easy to understand training on the fundamentals of setting up and using QuickBooks Online or Wave Accounting.
• Diagnostic Review/Audit: Perform a diagnostic audit of your QuickBooks Online or Wave Accounting books and provide a detailed written report of findings and recommendations with you.
• Set up and/or cleanup: Set up your QuickBooks Online or Wave account and/or clean up services as needed.
• Ongoing Bookkeeping: Categorize transactions, reconcile bank, credit card and merchant accounts, perform weekly, monthly and annual tasks; generate financial reports and automatically emailed monthly, custom reports provided as needed.
• Payroll: Oversight of third-party payroll processing (Gusto, ADP or Paychex are recommended) and payroll entries uploaded to QBO.
• 1099s: Review your contractor and vendor payments, select those who will need a 1099, work with third party 1099 e-filing provider to ensure your 1099s are filed on a timely basis.
• Taxes: Work with your tax preparer to resolve any questions and provide tax ready financial reports. NOTE: WE DO NOT PREPARE SALES OR INCOME TAX RETURNS.
